Sandalwood Oud
A heady tide of surf on sandalwood, inspired by the painting Ninth Wave. The scent is a woody, animalic affair, a scene of fresh mornings, waves crashing against the rocks, scattered driftwood and sunlight glistening off the sea. The key materials are New Caledonian Sandalwood, nargamotha, oud, castoreum, cedrat, bergamot, black pepper, geranium, cedarwood Virginia, cedarwood Atlas, nutmeg and oakmoss. The Oud is produced by from Yuzhi Oud. The concentration of this blend is 20%.

Our founder, alchemist and scent wizard Simon Shaer set out to celebrate the power of natural materials, telling timeless stories in new ways by fusing opulent olfactory fragrances with modern compositions. Studying with perfumers great and small, his mastery of blending earned a finalist spot in Arts and Olfaction 2023.
Each perfume is compounded by and bottled in small batches by Simon in London.
