Terms of service

When you purchase from us you need to insure that you provide your correct full name and correct full address. Postage is expensive and the time it take time organising postage too. If your parcel is returned we will request you purchase the 2nd postage back to you. 

We cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or customs charges or delays on your end.   

Please note that we can take up to 2-3 weeks to dispatch although we try and aim to dispatch all orders in a few days. Please get in touch if you have a timescale you would like us to work towards.
