Refund policy

Each bottle is made by hand and to order. If you want to try a perfume please purchase the sample pack. As it is made by hand we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

 

Exceptions: because of the above there is no 14 day cooling off period

We have paid for the postage to you. In the very rare cases you seek to send the parcels back us you are required to pay for the return postage.
